Born into a small noble family in an out of way area of the steppes what her family lacked
in finaces they made up for somewhat in political Influence. her Father was a master of
the Busslayevich school of combat. He trained a few of the officers of the army, and
provided contigents of horse archers when times of trouble called for them. Wanting
his daughter to grow up a proper lady he sent her away to university and arranged a
marriage with an Avalonian merchant whose family was quite sell off and involved heavily
in ship building and the sea trade.

When not at school she would return home where she was encouraged to take
part in more lady like pursuits. Where she made some rather strange friends.
One of the castle mousers, her mount and hunting falcon. These friends taught
her to wear thier shapes. Still dispite not being allowed to join the fighting school
she still learned some of the basics. Now sent off to meet her husband to be
whom she knows very little of. Only that he runs a small shop and has bought
a commission in the navy in odrder to make a name for himself so he make take a
more acctive roll in his families affairs. On the voyage ro Canguine she managed
to learn a little of the art of sailing as it is a part of her soon to be family's life
and lively hood. Still trouble and chaos has so far dogged her trip.

Deane, I don't know how I skipped over this, I am so sorry. Here's the rundown on your points.

Advantages: 18 (assuming "Tough" meant toughness)
Backgrounds: ? (this is a "your choice" thing, we can discuss it but you have 3HP left over)
Arcana: -10
Traits: 48
Sorcery: 40
Skills: 31 (15 to buy the skills and 16 more to buy up the knacks)

For a grand total of 127 (meaning you have 3 HP left)

Some thoughts
First, I assumed you didn't use the Pyryem Mage template (because your Traits/Advantages/Skills were quite different) so I just went with a 130HP build.
Second, just a note for you, you don't have any languages other than speaking Ussuran (your native). Now if you did that on purpose, great, you're all good. But if not, you should know that you will not be able to speak to any PCs/NPCs who don't speak Ussuran (the native language in this campaign will be Avalon, and if you wanted to get that, it'd cost you 2HP)
Third, you are very light on combat ability which again, isn't a problem if you planned for that (and in truth this seems like a stealth build kind of character), I just want to be sure you understand combats will not be your forte.
Finally, you have Background: Betrothed listed. The way backgrounds work in this game is you write me a little story from your character's perspective about what they think the background is*. And for each 1HP you put into the background, I will write you 4 adventures that will resolve that background. You can play those adventures in Personal Agendas. Now note there are only 12 years in the campaign and assuming you come to one convention a year, you could at most do a 3 point background (3pts x 4 adventures per point = 12 adventures) and that assumes you don't want to do anything else in the campaign. So I would recommend starting with a 1HP background and going from there.

*I did notice that you wrote up a little blurb about going to Canguine to meet your beloved. But I was hoping you could add a bit more for me? Maybe his name, what you intend to do (are you planning on going through with it? no? wait to see if he's someone you might want to marry?), how (assuming your character knows) did your parents enter into this contract? Just don't tell me anything you couldn't possibly know (like for example that your "betrothed" is secretly a sidhe lord)
